Your choice of eye protection, especially the type of lens you choose, can make a big difference in protecting your eyes. Light can bounce and reflect off a myriad of surfaces, such as water, snow and the road. 

Polarised lenses block virtually 99.9% or UVA/UVB rays, protection that goes well beyond government and commercial standards. Polarising technology removes the glare and the stress it causes to your eyes. 

Lenses, such as a polarised lense, provide protection from various environments. Examples of the varying features of different lenses are listed below.

Specialised Lenses

Green Polarised- An injection moulded Polarised lens, Green/Grey in colour, providing the ultimate in ‘comfort’ vision, soothing the eyes against harsh glare and bright sun. It also provides excellent depth and colour perception.

Grey Polarised- A neutral density Grey lens with a polarising filter that provides the perfect balance between comfort and protection. It provides true colour definition while fighting harsh glare. Recommended for those working for long hours in high glare, outdoor situations.

Contrast- A revolutionary, coated gradient tint lens approved for use indoors. Designed to filter more than 30% of Blue light (compared to a Clear lens), which is a factor in eye fatigue and headaches. Also offers excellent colour recognition while improving depth perception and contrast.

Twilight- A new lens technology, Twilight is a light brown base tinted lens featuring an anti-fog/anti-scratch coating system on both sides. It provides excellent contrast and high definition whilst filtering harmful ‘Blue light’. Developed for low light, outdoor use.

Brown- A neutral density brown lens that provides true colour definition by fighting glare and enhancing colour contrast. Coated with the ‘ALS’ anti-fog/anti-scratch coating system on both sides. Ideal for all purpose outdoor wear.

Brown Polarised- A neutral density brown lens that provides true colour definition by fighting glare and enhancing colour contrast. Ideal for all purpose outdoor wear. Recommended for those working for long hours in high glare, outdoor situations.

Grey/Green Polarised- An injection moulded polarised lens, Grey/Green in colour offering the ultimate in comfort and protection. 'ALS' Lenses (Anti-Fog/Anti-Scratch)

Clear- A crystal Clear lens. Approved for use indoors and coated with the ‘ALS’ anti-fog/anti-scratch coating system on both sides.

Amber- A high definition lens designed for use in low light situations. Approved for use indoors and coated with the ‘ALS’ anti-fog/anti-scratch coating system on both sides.

Smoke- Our standard Smoke lens provides excellent protection against damaging UV rays and glare. Coated with the ‘ALS’ anti-fog/anti-scratch coating system on both sides. Ideal for everyday, all purpose outdoor wear.

Bronze 20%- A neutral density brown lens that provides true colour definition by fighting glare and enhancing colour contrast. Coated with the ‘ALS’ anti-fog/ anti-scratch coating system on both sides. Ideal for all purpose outdoor wear.

Flash Lenses

Smoke/Silver Flash 14%- Neutral density Grey lens with metallic Silver mirror finish designed to reflect harmful solar rays before they enter the lens. Provides true colour definition. Ideal for everyday, all purpose outdoor wear.

Light Smoke/Silver Flash 29%- Medium tint Grey lens. Silver metallic finish. For everyday, all purpose outdoor wear.

Ultra Light Smoke/Silver Flash 40%- Ultra light Smoke (Brown base) with a Silver metallic finish. For low light, outdoor applications.

Smoke/Blue Flash 15%- Neutral density Grey lens with a metallic Blue mirror finish designed to reflect harmful solar rays before they enter the lens. Provides true colour definition. Ideal for everyday, all purpose outdoor wear.

Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) 40%- Reduces dazzle and harmful effects of blue light. High definition, light brown base lens, with a light Blue metallic finish for low light, outdoor use.

Welding Lenses

Welding Shade 3- Gas welding lens (light gas welding, brazing, furnace work to 1210ºC) offering infrared absorption. Approved to AS/NZS 1338.

Welding Shade 5- Gas welding lens (oxy welding and furnace work to 1390ºC) offering infrared absorption.
