Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

Most standard orders* are sent via the Australia Post eParcel network because of its coverage, reliability and affordability. At times we may send orders via courier depending on the location of stock to fulfil your order.

All deliveries must be signed for! Please be aware we will not leave parcels unattended for security reasons. Due to the nature of most products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Goods in stock are generally picked and despatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card for it to be collected at your nearest post-office. If your order is delivered via courier and you are not home, a card will be left to arrange re-delivery.

Heavy, Bulky & Over-Sized Orders

Heavy, bulky, over-sized items & some Special Orders must be sent via courier and generally incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. The courier cost will be calculated based on the total parcel size during checkout. Because heavy or over-sized items are delivered by courier, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Ensure you include a phone number that we can contact you on the day of delivery.

IMPORTANT: Special Orders

Special Order items are products which we don't carry as part of our core range, but can be ordered from the supplier for you. If your order contains a Special Order item or we are out of stock of an item, an RSEA Customer Service officer or retail staff member will contact you to advise the expected delivery time. Delivery times will depend on supplier availability, but can take up to 5 - 10 days in addition to estimated delivery times.

For times when you need your goods faster, we recommend you contact your nearest RSEA Safety store to place your order and to arrange a courier service. Alternatively, you can pick up from one of our many RSEA Safety stores located across Australia.




RETURNS

Returning Items Purchased In Store

  • Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.
  • A copy of the RSEA invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods
  • Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods
  • Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

Returning Items Purchased Online

  • All conditions as per above apply
  • If posting products back, please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The issue of a RAN is at RSEA’s sole discretion
  • Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

Faulty Goods

Please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, RSEA will arrange to pick up the faulty goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, RSEA will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. RSEA reserves the right to use their nominated courier for returned goods. Proof of purchase will be required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
