Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Standard delivery is sent via Australia Post because of its coverage, reliability and affordability.
Goods in stock are generally picked and despatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Due to the bulky nature of most products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card for it to be collected at your nearest post-office.
Heavy or over-sized items must be sent via courier and generally incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. The courier cost will be calculated based on the total parcel size during checkout. Because heavy or over-sized items are delivered by courier, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Ensure you include a phone number that we can contact you on the day of delivery.
In the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock or is a special item that needs to be ordered in, an RSEA Customer Service officer or retail staff member will contact you to advise the expected delivery time.
For times when you need faster goods, we recommend you contact your nearest RSEA Safety store to place your order and to arrange a courier service. Alternatively, you can pick up from one of our many stores located across Australia.

Please call RSEA Customer Service on 132 100 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, RSEA will arrange to pick up the faulty goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, RSEA will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. RSEA reserves the right to use their nominated courier for returned goods. Proof of purchase will be required.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
