COVID-19 Store Updates

Are your stores open?

Yes. All stores are open.

Are there special store hours? 
Yes. All RSEA Safety stores in areas affected by lockdowns will be open Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm, weekends as normal. All locations not affected will have normal trading hours.

UPDATE 20/09/21 - All Victorian Store are now operating at normal trading hours (excluding our Preston & Knoxfield Stores)

Who can shop in store?
Our stores abide to State rules and regulations which can change. Currently in lockdown areas, essential workers who can provide reasonable proof of their work, can shop instore. For others please shop online and select click and collect. Please work with us to keep our staff, customers and community safe.

What are some examples of reasonable proof?
Examples of reasonable proof include: white card, red card, business card, work permit, uniform, car with business logo , etc… and some photo ID to match up to the other documentation.

What is required when coming into the store?
All customers will be required to check in using QR codes located at the entrance of the store. In line with Government guidelines, we require all customers and staff to wear a face mask when visiting our stores, unless medically exempt. We are also currently limiting customer numbers in-store.

How does your click and collect work?
Click & Collect is open to all customers 

Delivery Updates
Australia Post is currently facing significant delivery delays.
Unfortunately this means it will affect our deliveries. We expect delays up to 2 weeks while Australia Post catches up on their backlog.
