RSEA Safety opens the doors on store 50

RSEA Safety has today opened the doors on its 50th retail superstore, adding a third South Australian big box outlet to its growing national footprint, in Melrose Park south of Adelaide.

The opening continues an aggressive expansion strategy that has seen the company add over ten new 1,000+ square metre stores in the past 12 months.

After launching with a single store in Melbourne’s south-east in 2000, RSEA now boasts 50 stores across all Australian states and territories, with plans for further openings later this year, including a proposal to expand internationally into New Zealand.

RSEA Founder and Managing Director Brandon Chizik said that the 50th store opening was a significant milestone for the business, “It’s been a successful period for the company and the support we’ve had from businesses and tradies alike has been encouraging.”

Mr Chizik went on to say that the company strategy was to provide retail stores that offered the most convenient solution for all workers to access the best in workwear and safety products.

Chizik added that RSEA, who become a major partner of St Kilda FC in the Australian Football League this year, is using the big box retail model to help boost its ability to compete for procurement partnerships with all Australian businesses.
