RSEA work with our customers to achieve mutual sustainability goals. Who are Wirrigan Business Services? Wirrigan Business Services are 100% Indigenous-owned, controlled and operated, and are independent from the supply chain. They deliver managed services across key categories to support procurement, buying and operational teams. 100% of all profits go to Indigenous employment programs. Greenhouse Gases (GHG) RSEA are actively progressing carbon baselining and SBTialigned targets, with a reduction pathway for Scope 1 and 2 emissions (market- based) of 42% by FY2030 from a FY2025 baseline. Through integrated warehouses, RSEA optimises shipping efficiency by transporting bulk quantities of apparel and PPE items to regional hubs near clients’ sites. This strategic approach significantly reduces the environmental footprint associated with long-distance shipping. Uniform & PPE Recycling To achieve our environmental objectives, RSEA has partnered with a B certified corporation, Upparel, who specialise in the re-purposing and recycling of workwear and PPE items that are at end of life. In collaboration with our participating customers, we have diverted over 300kg of textiles from landfill and prevented over 1,000kg of greenhouse gases in the last financial year. Beneficiary 100% of all profits go to the Women's Business: Second Chance Hub. The Second Chance Hub delivers education and vocational training to disadvantaged Indigenous women across Australia.
